Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut milk, almond milk, or rice milk

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup canned or cooked pumpkin puree

1 Tablespoon vanilla flavored protein powder

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

3-4 drops iquid stevia, or other natural sweetener

1 Tablespoon Flax oil

1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds

 

 
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.  This is a great way to get a daily dose of pumpkin and its many nutritional powers!  Drink immediately.
