Mango Pudding

Description: Sometimes a little sweeti is just the right thing for any of us and there aren't many who would refuse this little pudding. A healthy snack for children of all ages!
 
 
Ingredients:

1 Large Banana

1 or 2 Mangos

Small handful of raw Walnuts

 

 
Preparation:

In a food processor grind your walnuts to a powder.

Peel and remove the mango from the pit, add it and the banana to the walnuts in the processor and blend until smooth.

(This recipe can be altered to meet your taste. Say 2 bananas and 1 large mango etc.)
