Chocolate Chia Pudding

Description:

Creamy, dairy free, gluten free, healthful, no sugar pudding

 
 
Ingredients:

2 cups almond milk (preferably unsweetened, organic)

3-4 Tablespoons Chia seeds (preferably organic)

2 Tablespoons pure ground cacao (chocolate powder will work too)

2 frozen bananas

Stevia (liquid)

 

 
Preparation:
Combine well in blender until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

 

 
Notes:
The chia seeds combine with the almond milk for a natural thickness to create this pudding.
