This exciting 4-week course is designed for people who have already adopted a healthy lifestyle but would like to advance their knowledge of nutrition and take their health to the next level. Meeting for two and a half hours each week, we will cover a broad range of advanced topics not covered in any of Dee's books.

You'll discover the power of nutrition and food preparation in a whole new way and will become empowered to give your body the nutrients and love it needs to stay happy and healthy throughout your lifetime.

  • Discover the foods, supplements and lifestyle habits you can use to manage and balance your hormones naturally.
